At Khakix, we are committed to delivering high-quality landscape design services that meet or exceed your expectations. We understand that sometimes adjustments may be necessary, and this Return Policy outlines our approach to handling service dissatisfaction, revisions, and refunds.

As a professional landscape design and garden architecture firm, our "returns" policy differs from traditional retail businesses. Since our primary offerings are design services and consultations rather than physical products, this policy focuses on service satisfaction, revision processes, and circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

This Return Policy applies to all landscape design services, consultations, and related professional services provided by Khakix. For any products or materials that may be sourced as part of your project, please refer to the specific warranty information provided at the time of purchase or installation.

Service Satisfaction Process

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our design services. We follow a structured process to address any concerns or requests for changes:

Initial Presentation & Review

After completing your initial design, we will present it to you for review. During this stage, we welcome your feedback and will note any requested changes or adjustments.

Revision Process

Our standard service packages include up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. These revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the initial design. We will implement the agreed-upon changes and provide an updated design for your approval.

Additional Revisions

If you require more than two rounds of revisions, additional charges may apply based on the scope of changes requested. We will always provide a clear estimate for any additional work before proceeding.

Final Approval

Once you are satisfied with the design, you will provide final approval, after which the design is considered complete. Any further changes requested after final approval will be treated as new services and priced accordingly.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service and will work diligently to address any concerns. However, we understand that in rare cases, a refund may be appropriate.

Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. These fees cover our time, expertise, and travel costs associated with site visits and preliminary discussions.

Design Services

For design services, our refund policy varies depending on the stage of completion:

Before Work Begins

If you cancel the service before any design work has begun, we will refund your payment less a 10% administrative fee.

During Concept Development (0-25% Complete)

If you cancel during the initial concept development phase, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed.

Design Development Phase (25-75% Complete)

If you cancel during the design development phase, a partial refund of up to 25% may be issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated.

Final Design Phase (75-100% Complete)

If you cancel when the design is substantially complete (75% or more), no refund will be issued as significant resources have been committed to your project.

Quality Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work and we have been unable to address your concerns through the revision process, you may request a review for a potential partial refund. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our management team.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@khakix.world and should include your name, project details, and the specific reasons for your request. We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or service appointment, please notify us as soon as possible:

Plant Materials & Recommended Products

While Khakix primarily provides design services, we may occasionally recommend or source specific plants or materials for your project:

Plant Guarantees

For any plants that we directly supply and install:

  • A 30-day establishment guarantee is provided for most plants, subject to proper care and maintenance as advised
  • This guarantee covers plant replacement if failure occurs despite proper care
  • The guarantee does not cover damage due to weather events, pests, improper care, or animal damage

Recommended Products & Materials

For products or materials that we recommend but are purchased directly by you from third-party suppliers:

  • Any warranty or return policy would be that of the original supplier or manufacturer
  • We will assist with warranty claims when possible, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the supplier
  • We can provide advice on proper installation and maintenance of materials to ensure longevity
